The Drexel Mixed squad came out guns blazing Saturday morning in an impressive win against Rowan X to kick off pool play.  The Men’s and Women’s team gelled quickly after only a few combined practices in the Fall to secure a 13-3 win to start off pool play.

The final game of pool play against Stockton came down to the wire. Down 11-12 in a game to 13, Drexel’s vets took the game in their hands to score 2 straight points for the come-from-behind win. Pre-Junior Jack Madden scored the game winning point after a buttery deep pass from Captain (and roommate) Allan Michel.

Drexel finished the day 3-1, winning the pool but losing to Rowan Y 6 – 9 in a slow crossover game.
